author, advocate and creator of foreverlily fragrance, Beth Nonte Russell, is joining forces with Henri Bendel to provide
the ultimate shopping experience during the first ever Fashion’s Night Out taking place September 10, 2009. Touted as
the “A Global Celebration of Fashion,” New York’s glamour girls from East to West sides are counting the
moments until they can storm the streets announcing they have a passion for fashion and are beguiled by beauty. Conceptualized
to promote retail and consumer confidence and to celebrate the fashion and beauty industries, the evening has transformed
into an event to inspire the city of New York. For that reason, there is perhaps no event more fitting for inspirational brand
GoodTrueBeautiful, Inc. and the signature fragrance, foreverlily. Inspired by Beth Nonte Russell’s popular “Forever
Lily,” an account of her unexpected adoption of a baby girl from China, the fragrance is meant to aid the wearer in
opening the heart and reaching for the highest within them. The book, currently in its fifth printing is being adapted into
a screenplay and the fragrance is coveted by leading ladies Jessica Alba and Dana Delaney. A portion of proceeds from the
sale of foreverlily is donated to The Golden Phoenix Foundation, an organization – also founded by Russell – that
aims to end child abandonment worldwide. Signed, special edition versions of foreverlily and copies of “Forever
Lily” will be sold at the event and Russell will be on hand to greet guests. Buzz of the fragrance’s participation
has traveled up and down Fifth Avenue garnering excitement from downtown hipsters wanting something one-of-a-kind to new moms
from the Upper East Side wanting a purchase that makes a difference. Fashion’s Night Out will be the kickoff to New
York Fashion Week and will be an evening of celebration, flowing champagne, musical performances, celebrity sightings, makeover
stations and sweepstakes and Bendel’s is sure to be the center of it all.”
